CAR PARK - ROAD MARKINGS

We are aware that road markings within the Practice car park have faded and these will be repainted.The bottom 14 spaces are allocated staff parking and we would be grateful if these could be left free for Doctors and Practice staff. Many thanks.

New prescriptions started by your Doctor or Nurse are not automatically added to this list. Drugs which are discontinued are not removed from this list.

You will only be prescribed what your Doctor has authorised on the up-to-date medical record kept by the Practice.
