WARNING

TRAVEL ADVICE

Tillicoultry Medical Practice offers a full range of Travel Advice and Immunisations

[ including  YELLOW FEVER ]

Our Practice Nurse is especially trained in Travel Medicine

Before your trip,  contact Reception and collect a Travel Itinerary Form.

You will be asked to complete the form and hand it in to Reception. The Practice Nurse will assess your trip and your previous immunisation records, and decide on any necessary immunisations or malaria prevention.

You should complete one form for each person travelling

The Practice Nurse will contact you to arrange a Travel Advice Appointment

[one appointment for each person travelling]

Before the appointment you may be asked to collect prescriptions

for some of the immunisations.

FOR GENERAL TRAVEL HEALTH ADVICE CLICK HERE

Please remember there may be a fee for some of the immunisations, and that malaria prevention tablets must be prescribed privately [not on the NHS]. For a full list of fees, please CLICK HERE or contact reception.
