ORDERING REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS:

To order a Repeat Prescription by phone, please call:

This line operates from 9.00a.m. to 12.00 noon Monday to Friday.

Outside these hours you can fill out the Repeat Prescription Re-Order Form [attached to your previous prescription], which should be either be:

..... placed in the Repeat Prescription Order Box just inside the main door of the Medical Centre

or

..... posted to:

                                                     Tillicoultry Medical Centre,
                                                     Park Street,
                                                     Tillicoultry, FK13 6AG

If you wish us to post your prescription back to you, please remember to enclose a Stamped Addressed Envelope.

COLLECTING YOUR PRESCRIPTION

Repeat prescriptions, which are requested between 8.00am and 6.30pm, will be ready for collection AFTER 1.00pm on the following working day.

PHARMACIES

The following pharmacies collect prescriptions from the Medical Centre every weekday:

                      Mack's Pharmacy, Tillicoultry
                    Co-op Pharmacy, Tillicoultry
                      Lloyd's Pharmacy, Sauchie
                      Boots Pharmacy, Alloa

Please note: if you wish a pharmacist to collect your prescription for you please inform the Practice when ordering. All your prescriptions must go to the same pharmacy.
