Outside the hours of 9am - 12.00 on weekdays, or if the line is busy, you will be able to leave a recorded 'voicemail' message. If you leave a message, please follow these instructions which you will hear :

After the tone please state your full name clearly and press any key

After the tone please state your full address clearly and press any key

After the tone please state your date of birth clearly and press any key

After the tone please state all the medications you require including the strengths and when your list is complete press any key

 

PRINTED REQUESTS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS: you can fill out the Repeat Prescription Re-Order Form [attached to your previous prescription], which should be either be: 

  • placed in the Repeat Prescription Order Box just inside the main door of the Medical Centre or
  • posted to: Repeat Prescriptions, Tillicoultry Medical Centre, Park Street, Tillicoultry, FK13 6AG

If you wish us to post your prescription back to you, please remember to enclose a Stamped Addressed Envelope.

COLLECTING YOUR PRESCRIPTION

Regular repeat prescriptions, which are requested between 8.00am and 6.30pm, will usually be ready for collection AFTER 1.00pm on the following working day.

  • Lindsay & Gilmour Pharmacy, Sauchie [daily]
  • Boots Pharmacy, Alloa [twice weekly]
  • Lloyds, Dollar [ if the patient arranges with the pharmacy]
  • Johnston Pharmacy, Alva/Menstrie [if the patient arranges with the pharmacy]
  • Central Pharmacy, Tullibody [if the patient arranges with the pharmacy]
  • Alliance Pharmacy, Tullibody [if the patient arranges with the pharmacy]
  • Lloyds, Alloa  [posted to Pharmacy from the Practice]
  • Co-op Pharmacy, Alloa [posted to Pharmacy from the Practice]

Please note: if you wish a pharmacist to collect your prescription for you please inform the Practice when ordering. All your prescriptions must go to the same pharmacy.
