CAR PARK - ROAD MARKINGS

We are aware that road markings within the Practice car park have faded and these will be repainted.The bottom 14 spaces are allocated staff parking and we would be grateful if these could be left free for Doctors and Practice staff. Many thanks.

Complaints & Suggestions

If you have any complaints about the service we provide please contact our Practice Manager, Mrs Macmillan.

If your complaint is of a clinical nature and you would prefer to speak to a doctor, the designated GP dealing with the complaints procedure is Dr J C Macphie.

The Practice has a complaints procedure in place which follows the National guidelines.

An additional leaflet on this procedure can be provided on request.

The Health Service Ombudsman

The Health Service Ombudsman has published a booklet that describes the ‘six principles for remedy’ in relation to complaints handling and involves:
