We are introducing a new appointment booking system.

  This is in an attempt to help provide more readily-available appointments within a shorter time. We know there have been many concerns at the time it is taking to get an appointment, and we are trying to improve the situation.

The main changes will be:

There will be many more appointments bookable within one or two days

There will be fewer appointments availaibe to book weeks in advance 
-- this means you may be asked to phone back nearer the time if you want an appointment in four weeks' time, for example.
