COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaints about the service we provide please contact
 our Practice Manager, Mrs Macmillan.
If your complaint is of a clinical nature and you would prefer to speak to a doctor,
 the designated GP dealing  with the complaints procedure is Dr J C Macphie.
 The Practice has a complaints procedure in place which follows the National guidelines.
An additional leaflet on this procedure can be provided on request.
